NJGS Makes Geologic and Open-File Series Maps Available Over The Web

The New Jersey Geological Survey (NJGS) has made available over the web all of its Geologic and Open-File Series maps. "Geologic maps use a combination of lines, symbols, and colors to show the composition and structure of earth materials and their distribution across and beneath the Earth's surface." The maps are here and require Adobe Reader to be viewed.

If you have geospatial information you would like to share with the New Jersey GIS community, post it to the New Jersey Geographic Information Network (NJGIN) and also let us here at The Blog know about it.
