Nokia Buys NAVTEQ. So is this "Mobile GIS?"

The All Points Blog and Directions Magazine report that Finnish Nokia announced its plan to acquire Chicago-based map provider NAVTEQ. Is this yet another sign that GIS is going mobile, or is it (as I think) the catalyst that will further separate the high-end, analytical, professional GIS from the consumer-oriented mapping technology?
