After a minor hiccup (article went online; I sent an email blast and tweeted about it; article was pulled for publication on the following day (i.e., today)) ESRI’s Matt Artz’s Directions Magazine article on GeoDesign is online.

Matt does a great job of explaining the concept and controversies around GeoDesign, a new discipline. Naturally, the article is that much dearer to me because it quotes me, and it places me in the distinguished company of ESRI’s Jack Dangermond and Carl Steinitz from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
