I am researching a Directions Magazine article on the above topic. Directions published a similar article ten years ago. We hypothesize that things have changed a lot in ten years, and want to put that hypothesis to the test. So I invite you to submit your feedback to help paint a picture of what the GIS consulting landscape looks like in 2011, fee-wise.

Some data are publicly-available, like state contractor pricing. While valuable, I doubt that state contractor pricing alone gives the full picture.
